History does not forget women. It simply chooses not to remember them. History for $10.67 is an evolving archive of undervalued lives, artifacts discarded, and priceless pieces of history sold for pocket change. This project does not attempt to define the women lost to time. It presents only what remains: a name, a photo, a price tag, a uniform. No saints. No villains. Just women, doing their part, erased by omission. What was lost may never be fully recovered. But what was left behind still speaks.

 

This project is not only about them. It is for them.
And it is also for me: an offering, an act of resistance, a record before the forgetting finishes its work.
